Job description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead our growth by further developing the sales of our custom build end-to-end e-commerce solutions to the Belgian market.

As an Account Manager you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle. You will work closely with the marketing department to create and manage effective sales campaigns. 

Your responsibilities

Identify the leads 

  • Maintain a constant stream of potential leads through prospecting activities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, customer and opportunity data in our Customer Relationship Management system.

 

Contact the leads

  • Get in touch with the leads via the channel that works best for each of them (phone call, email, Linkedin and so on).
  • Maintain and develop current lead and customer relationships.

 

Meet the leads

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations that explain Xcommerce’s services and projects to prospective customers.
  • Gather information from the leads related to their needs and projects they could potentially benefit from.
  • Present our customized solution to the leads and fully represent and coordinate the sales process.
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in selling software solutions and services.
  • You are creative and you have good capabilities in finding and contacting interesting leads.
  • You have very good communication skills and you speak Dutch and English.
  • You are proactive and have good appetite for learning and experimentation.
  • You take responsibility on the quality of all work delivered.
