European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) is a not-for-profit membership Foundation founded in 1989. They provide a comprehensive management framework used by over 30,000 organizations in Europe.

EFQM wanted to improve the way their participants dealt with training, events and assessment. The areas focused on were registration, event details information, homework and interaction with the trainer, plus final certifications. They also wanted to reduce their internal efforts to avoid doing all these training/events preparations manually on email and in word documents.
Another requirement was to find a solution to improve the way the trainers and participants interacted.
The solution was a training platform that enabled trainers and assessors to manage events and participants and allowed participants to use the portal to register and follow up on their events.
Trainers can manage event details, upload homework, follow-up participants’ progress, manage test results and generate certificates. All this work is done inside the online training platform.
The participants can register for events, view event information and assessments, upload homework, view test results and download PDF certificates.
The training platform was built to complement the EFQM modern webshop with seamless integration so participants can buy participation to events with complete ease.
All this data is also synchronized with the EFQM’s SAP ERP system.
