The Offroadaction aims to be the worldwide leader in the wholesale distribution of aftermarket parts, accessories and apparel for the trials industry. They supply every product in their range of over 2,500 items in stock through a network of professional dealers.
That market leadership position goes far beyond local borders: after the Middle East and the United States, Latin America has also discovered Offroadaction. 80% of the company’s turnover is generated from own branded products.

The challenge

Offroadaction (ORA) was already in the business when they contacted us. At that time, they relied on a basic ERP system. A lot of manual work was done by ORA team while dealing with a large number of orders.
In order to sustain their growth, they needed to optimize their work with an emphasis on their expenses. They required a B2B eCommerce application so they could efficiently take orders from the dealers.
ORA wanted a B2B eCommerce application with features specific to the motorbike and bike industry market. They wanted it graphically customized according to their brand.

The solution

We synchronize their large number of products, customers, orders, invoices, reports from SAP to the webshop and back. The inventory status is always up to date so customers have always access to updated information.
